While retaining its authenticity, this family home built in 1950 today reveals a cachet combining the old and the modern, in a refined and refined spirit. We have taken care to preserve the charm of this atypical house designed by my grandfather, its old beams and doors, its tiled floor, its exposed stones. We have embellished it with simple and comfortable fittings and decorations. We have been keen to offer a pleasant space both indoors and outdoors. This is the reason why we decided to redevelop the bedrooms, the living room, the kitchen and to offer multiple living spaces in the garden, complete with numerous relaxation areas (petanque, swings, slide, etc.).
Our only objective was to sublimate this house that we love so much and to offer you to live unforgettable moments there.
The extraordinary view of the Seine valley, the Donjon and the gardens of the castle of La Roche Guyon will sublimate you every moment.
